Sathish Simon

Director-TRACI

Sathish has spent most of his life with the University Mission in India. His M.Th is in Pastoral Theology. Most recently he gave leadership for the TRACI – IFES assignment on producing materials for the university students integrating scholarship and Christian faith, especially in the South Asian Context.

Dr. Bonnie Miriam Jacob

Director of Research

Bonnie has a PhD from JNU, she comes with her experience of research and training in the Developmental sector. As an Editor at TRACI she has brought out books on Public Theology and Covid-19 Complexities and Consequences. She also recently guided a research on Gender Violence against Women in Indian Christian Families.

Issacc Thomas

Director of Training

Issacc comes with a rich experience, serving the University Mission in India. With a Masters in Theology, Issacc gives leadership for all the training programmes in TRACI. The recent courses on Integral Mission and Faith and Active Citizenship have excelled well under his guidance.

Raaj Mondol

Director-Thought Leadership

Raaj has more than 30 years of experience in facilitating learning on Biblical worldview, integral mission and gender justice concerns and working with various non-profit organizations on transformational development. Helping younger leaders to grow in their areas of calling and vocation is one of his passions. Raaj has PG degree in English literature & M.Phil in International Studies from JNU, New Delhi.

Juliana Kimneilam

Research Associate

Juliana has a Master’s in Sociology from JNU, she has been involved in various qualitative research projects focusing on gender and organizational sociology. Being agile on the social media platforms, she has made communications from TRACI on events and Publications accessible across various channels.

Kishore Chandra Digal

Research Assistant

Kishore Chandra Digal holds a Post-Graduate Degree in English Literature from NSUT, New Delhi. He also pastors the Bethel Community Church in Arjun Park, New Delhi. Kishore is a Research Assistant at TRACI.

John Thuppayath

Research Associate

John specializes in Hebrew Bible, He reads into the philosophy, literature, and history of Second Temple Judaism. He was at Oriel College under a merit scholarship, and worked under Professor Hindy Najman. Graduated with high merit. At TRACI, John is a Research Associate taking a break from his studies at Oxford.
